The Lynch Law Group LLC is adding an office in Southpointe, scheduled to open on Aug. 1.

The 16-attorney firm, based in Cranberry Township and founded in 2002, also has a satellite office in Pittsburgh’s South Side neighborhood.

Daniel Lynch, founder and managing partner, said the new site will enable the firm to be more accessible to its clients and enable it to capitalize on hiring opportunities. It is taking 3,500-square feet and signed a 3-year lease, Lynch confirmed.

The new office can accommodate 10 lawyers but will open with five, a paralegal and an administrator. Charles Hadad, who joined Lynch Law Group four years ago, will manage the Southpointe office. Hadad is a partner and chair of the firm’s Estates and Trusts practice group.

“Our plans are to continue to grow in both main offices,” Lynch said.

He envisions further expansion in the future.

“I have entrepreneurial disease,” said Lynch who left Reed Smith LLP as a young lawyer to strike out on his own 15 years ago. “Right now, our focus is to get Southpointe up and running and growing and successful, then move on to the next challenge.”

Cranberry, Southpointe and the satellite all have visiting lawyer space, he added, so all of the firm’s attorneys can utilize its geographic reach as necessary.

August is a big month for Lynch. His first book, “Building a Million Dollar Book of Business: Principles and Behaviors for a Successful Law Practice,” is scheduled to be published by Amazon.
