Hefren-Tillotson has moved its South Hills office to new and larger space.

The investment advisory and financial planning firm has taken 13,569 square feet, almost double its previous space, at 121 Champion Way in Canonsburg. Still within the Southpointe development, the new office is the base for 22 employees.

“We’re truly happy and excited to relocate to our new office space in the Southpointe Business Park that will enable us to better serve our existing and future clients where they live and work,” Kim Tillotson Fleming, Hefren-Tillotson CEO, said in a prepared statement. “We’re especially pleased to be able to stay in our current building, however with significantly more space. More than anything, this move represents our continued ironclad commitment to serving our clients and their families in Washington County by helping them foster personal and business growth as they navigate their financial future.”

Founded in 1948, Hefren-Tillotson is No. 3 among the largest Pittsburgh-area investment services firms, as ranked by the Business Times on June 5 according to registered representatives, which were 170. But it was the biggest Pittsburgh-based independent firm on the list.

Hefren-Tillotson’s headquarters is in downtown Pittsburgh. It also has offices in Pine Township, Butler and Greensburg. All told, it employs 256.
