BSRE sees multiple leasing activity in Southpointe

Burns Scalo Real Estate has announced the following new leases in the Southpointe mixed-use business park.

The company said in a press release three leases at BSRE’s Zenith Ridge 2 were signed, including Colonial Life, S & B Engineering and ECM Energy, along with an expansion of Elior/Aladdin, a food management company.

Also, TROY Group (security solutions) and SNC Lavalin (engineering and construction), joined the offices at 300 Woodcliff Drive.

On Technology Drive, Huntley & Huntley, a petroleum and natural gas company, signed a lease at Stealth II Technology Center, while next door at the original Stealth Technology Center, State Farm Insurance leased space, while DTE Energy made the decision to expand, doubling its previous space.

“Space is getting absorbed by a variety of industries including energy companies,” said BSRE leasing agent Kelley Hoover Heckatorne, who serves Southpointe. “The corporate image and community of Southpointe remains to be at the top of the list for many organizations.”
