Pa. Trolley Museum awarded grant for new exhibit

The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum has been awarded a $12,000 grant to design a new exhibit highlighting trolleys and immigration.

The money from Rivers of Steel in Homestead also will fund the installation of “Rolling Melting Pot” at the Chartiers Township museum.

The organization also awarded the Donora Historical Society $1,000 to archive its photograph and film collection.
