HVAC firm moves into WashArts building
June 9, 2016
JB Mechanical Inc., a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing company, has moved into 70 South St. in Washington.
The firm designs, installs and maintains mechanical projects. It is a private entity with 20 to 30 employees whose customer base is commercial and industrial – not residential.
Co-owners Joe Barker and Bob Cherin founded the firm in 2004. JB Mechanical operated on Milford Drive in Bethel Park virtually from its inception until May 1, when it joined the Washington business community.
WashArts sold the South Street location to Scarlett Properties LLC for $250,000, according to a representative in the Washington County recorder of deeds office.
