Real estate team finds new home in South Strabane

The Crumrine/Nicholls real estate team is not breaking up, but heading in a new direction professionally and geographically.

Barry Crumrine and Jamie Nicholls have left Re/Max Community Real Estate to start their own independent company – Park Place Realty Group.

“We do it all,” Crumrine said of the team’s planned portfolio of work, which will include residential and commercial real estate and farms.

He and Nicholls have worked together at several Washington area venues. are relocating northward, to 1120 Washington Road in South Strabane Township. They will lease the building that previously housed Steel Nation.

Steel Nation, provider of solutions for oil and gas construction projects throughout the Marcellus, Utica and other North American shale plays, moved to Southpointe recently.

Nicholls and Crumrine have been co-workers for 10 years split between two companies. They are now adding a third member, Gina Berardinelli, their broker. Park Place Realty Group also will have a settlement company.

Crumrine, a former coal mining employee who lives in Canonsburg, said he likes the new location and the potential it provides. “About 22,000 cars a day” pass their future building, which is being renovated.

Nicholls and Berardinelli reside in Scenery Hill.
