Oilfield services company to expand at Starpointe

Bestway Oilfield Inc. has acquired a 45,000-square-foot industrial building at Starpointe Business Park.

Bestway is a distributor of equipment for hydraulic fracturing based in Channelview, Texas. A purchase price couldn't immediately be determined.

Bestway bought the building, near the Findlay Connector, from Colliers International in Pittsburgh. Avison Young Vice President David Auel, CCIM and Associate Cameron Conroy were the buyer's representatives.
