The acquisition of Black Box Corp. has been completed.

AGC Networks Ltd., a global solutions integrator based in Singapore, made the announcement Monday morning. It said a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary wrapped up the deal, which was announced in early November.

Black Box, a leading global technology solutions provider, is located in the Cecil Township village of Lawrence.

It had been publicly traded as “BBOX” on Nasdaq, but the deal makes Black Box a complete subsidiary of AGC and transforms it into a private company.

The merger is expected to add more than $600 million in annual revenue and 3,000 employees worldwide. AGC’s footprint extends to six continents.
