The Washington County Chamber of Commerce formed a dynamic partnership between the public and private sectors to coordinate economic development activities in the county. This venture, the Washington County Economic Development Partnership, was one of the first endeavors in Southwestern Pennsylvania to promote growth by merging the strengths and recourse of both sectors.

Economic Development Assistance

Various programs are available for the Commonwealth and Local Economic Development Agencies to assist with the growth of your business. Working with you, we will identify the programs best suited for your expansion project. Incentive programs are available for building construction and acquisition; machinery and equipment needed; and for workforce development.

 

Site/Facility Location Assistance

Washington County has business parks with pad-ready sites for your building needs as well as an assortment of existing industrial and commercial buildings are available for sale and for lease. The Chamber maintains a database of available real estate and will work with you to identify sites that meet the requirements of your business.
