Located on 217 rolling acres in Cecil Township, Washington County and 20 minutes south of downtown Pittsburgh, Southpointe II is conveniently located off of Interstate 79 making it easily accessible from all directions.

Southpointe II now contains 2.4 million square feet of Class “A” corporate office space and two hotels.

Southpointe II expands on the successful development of the original Southpointe Business Park. With 150 existing companies at Southpointe the business park has 6,500 employees. Southpointe II has already created 6,000 jobs and is projected to create an additional 1,000 jobs. Currently there are 15 headquarters or Divisions of NYSE Companies. Southpointe currently has 2.5 million square feet of existing office space.

A principal system of road and air corridors connects Southpointe II with some of the most active markets. Interstate 79 which is the principal north-south highway link to Interstate 70 and other east-west interstate highways in the northern United States, as well as theconnecting route to the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport serving multiple European markets.
